This is what happens when you trust a Costco “special vendor” (W.S. Townsend Company dba MKD Kitchen and Bath “MKD” at 106 Oliver Dr., Marshall, MI 49068, License No. 2102123598) to remodel your kitchen.
Funniest thing is that they’re asking me for money.
Well done. Reminds me of the Russian folk wisdom: “Measure three times, cut once.”

Entitlement: falsely believing that customers are going to pay you just because you send an invoice — no matter how crappy your work is, how lacking your communication, and how poorly you run a business.
I love paying people for their hard work. When they actually earn it.
If a doctor treated their patients the way MKD treats their customers, they would be imprisoned, de-licensed, and shamed. In the world of Costco “special vendors” though, it’s apparently another job well done. That’s the high bar of Costco quality.
If you can’t build it, threaten your customer with legal action, collections, and worst of all — revocation of their Costco cards. Good thing I already shredded mine. That’s the MKD way.
If you paid your lawyers half of what you pay your human wrecking balls, “project manager” harassers, and “credit managers,” you would spare yourself a lot of unnecessary and avoidable problems. Good legal advice pays for itself.
